Randi Stewart Guyette

Did Rudi Gernreich design table linens in the 1960s? (Specifically cloth napkins.) I have a set of 4 white linen napkins with a bright red spoon, orange fork and green knife printed (silk screened?) on them.

Can anyone tell me what they might be worth and who would buy them? (I'm fairly poor and am typing this on a borrowed computer. Thank you so much if you know anything about them.

Gernreich did design housewares, including napkins. We can't give you a valuation on your napkins for ethical reasons, but I'd encourage you to take a look at online auctions to see if you can find something similar. Good luck!

I have some brand-new Rudi Gernreich dish towels. I can't even find these online. Glad to know that there actually was a linens line. The ones I have are primary colors, and there's another with a blue/beige fork/knife/spoon pattern.
